The Risk of Investing in Stocks

The US stock market is arguably the biggest anomaly that ever existed on the planet earth. It has the highest equity risk premium outside of I don't remember who's number one, but they're like number two out of every other country in the world. And so when you start looking collectively at equity markets in general, everything we're seeing now is like child's play. That's why you get paid a lot over the long haul to hold them.
