There is a group that has existed since the 40s called the International Greek New Testament project. And they are about essentially doing that work. They started with the Gospel of John and I think they're nearing the end. There's also a project on the Pauline letters going on as well associated with the German Bible Society. Revelation is just fraught with textual peril, so we don't need to talk about that.
