Is Putin a Superpower in Nuclear Weapons Only?

Putin has been seizing on a fragility of mindset, I think, on the West. He's using his nuclear weapons now as a protective shield to commit horrendous war crimes and ordering on genocide in Ukraine. The more people that Putin kills, the harder and more entrenched they get. If we British who once they claim to your great land, if we decided we found some of it back, right? We want to come back and take 15% of America back because we British used to rule it - would you help?
