The Importance of Institutional Interests in Law Schools

There was a quote in the book where Justice Scalia was at George Washington Law School. So he's basically saying if you don't have the brand of Harvard or Yale or Stanford, then I'm not even interested in interviewing you because he said, the best people come from the best places. That belief seems to be pervasive, but it doesn't seem to necessarily mean that they did any A.B. testing. And there's no correlation whatsoever between the LSAT and performance on take home exams.
