Sustainability is an enormously complicated subject that Sophia has helped us to grapple with as an organisation. We're able to test all of our early stage projects and generate a kind of score, which is based not just around carbon, that's part of it, but also about transport, well-being, community and the wider environmentAs well as the building fabric. So we are, you know, keeping a breast of all these developments to make sure that we've got, we can tap on the best resources to move our design forward.
