Is There a Guide in Meditation?

There is this ap called calm that i tried. It's guided meditation also as like something called master classes, which i've also enjoyed it. And then another practice was the practice of gratitude that i learned through one of the master classes. I think one of the things i struggle with now a lot, especially t was, like the life that i've led, is that i feel like i still go through quite the same range of emotions as i did when i was throughout my whole life,. except for my life is so much more calm now.
