Dedicated, What's the Difference?

We use our service levels to articulate the difference between some of our spot market customers. A diamond customer is dedicating all of one mode to us like all their truckload or all their LTL. We can even help coordinate other partnerships with freight forwarders, warehousing and a lot of those types of things. It's a very different sales approach, cycle, philosophy, and internal commitments than it is to institute transportation management because that's a longer sales cycle. There's a lot of things and processes, paperwork, and that you need to have in place before you can really go out there.
