Biden's Worthless?

Biden's worthless. Who is making the decisions and who's coaching him on what to say? Can't be Biden because he's got no sense. China, Russia, Iran have all come to that conclusion as they're acting as though we don't have a commander in chief. There's certainly no pushback for acts of hostility against us. I think the answer is pretty obvious to me.
