The Supreme Court's Decision to Dismiss the Special Counsel's Motion

I think we'll be dealt with fairly handily because there's pretty established case law on that here. The attorney general presumably is not going to object if this indictments come forward or overrule him on his decision to pursue this sort of action. So he's got that kind of tacit imprimatur of saying the executive branch actually thinks this is okay. But I don't see it as super likely, but I will admit I have not thought it through very much beyond since you started asking the question and said my name. Perhaps I will change my views in a day or two further consideration.
