This is a rare indictment where the legal part is pretty thin, not because the case isn't there. It essentially builds the same set of three different criminal charges off of the exact same articulation of the facts. We have basically two types of conspiracy: one to defraud the United States conventional 371 claim and another that's a conspiracy to deprive people of rights section 241 claim.
