Early Declared Status Matters More Than Just Draft Capital

Crisolave is almost 90 fifth per centile prospect in my model, despite having no early declared status. He would have had a higher score had he come out last year at the same draft capital. Early declared status does matter, but i think it's almost gotten to the point where people who are looking numbers are almost overstating it.
