Building a Strong Culture Without Trust and Human Connection
i think dictating that everybody has to be in the off five days a week for forty hours is not the best way of doing business any more. A communicatin over screens is superunnatural, ike, psychologically, physiologically speaking, i it's superunnatural. And you can't go build a strong culture without trust and human connection. So h've that primal need for for a lot of that.
