The Russian Counter-Offensive Isn't Going as Well for Ukraine as People Originally Speak

I think arrogance and the people around him to feel as though they don't have to explain it to people is. What you're saying is the some of the reason for the pushback in terms of how much money we've given to crannies because he never explains it.
