Do You Know Why the Um Is Not Telling That?

Video evidence from mariupo, other ucranian cities shows that vast tracts of residential building have been destroyed by russian shell and rocket and missile fire. I'm very curious why the um is not telling that. As of which are military forces of ukraine. I taken civilian objects in making their military basis. They don't talk that a lot of these civilian objects they transform into, you know, the point where they're locateed so they can shoot Russian forces. Well, nobody talks about it. And i talk to many witess s who actually have their homes was taken, not voluntarily, as you may guess. Some hospitals never work. Nobody says that.
