Is the Irs Gearing Up for a Civil War?

i knew it was a spectacular lie, a spectacular conspiracy theory. Most of these conspiracy theories and lies that put federal employes at risk are spread by bank backventers. I don't have explained it to you, and forgive the rant, i'm trying to explain tat my viewers why we're having this discussion right now. It's just putting more people's lives at risk because of this conspiracy theory. Where the hell did this spiracy theory start?
