How to Find a Co-Founder

When you start a company it's more important than whoever you're married to. You have to pick the right founder and look for somebody that is complementary do you look for opportunistic? I think that's a pretty big one especially when you think about a lot of the partners that have worked out they've been together for a long time, under some pressure cooker type of situations.
