I think right now the status quo, because of the dominant Fourth Circuit interpretation of Section 230, really favors the tech companies. And so I would guess that a circuit split is likely to happen sooner than legislative reform. So given that, I wouldn't be hugely surprised if we sort of get a circuit split just because there is so much energy in the lower courts.
