I feel like Memphis had a great culture and we just like that seems like it's had agreat culture, but they're attitude and arrogance. I'm saying though, like 12 months ago, we wouldn't have been thinking about this at all. And I think it's been so toxified by the job. It was a huge wrench and clearly impacted their functionality last season.
