Holidays Are the Worst Time to Do Things

I love working on holidays. It's great pay in exchange for a 10 hour shift on a holiday. The day before Thanksgiving is the busiest travel day in the U.S. Airfares are crazy eye and the flights are full. Just cancel your plans now or better yet don't make any for that day. Avoid crowds, get happy hour prices. Don't go out to eat on Valentine's Day,. I would guess three of them would say yes. More often than not, we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and holidays on whatever nearby day we can rather than the nominal dates.
