What Is Critical Race Theory?

i think we need to pay attention to that kind of thing as it operates in the culture wars. We tend to take the bait rather than sit back from it and figure out what we're being baited with,  and how to change the conversation. What's on the public agetta now is the new cold war with china. Is this quixotic attempt to recreate the cold war and then war on ters by partisan consensus? And does it have any of succeeding this time?
