The Role of Institutions in America's Racism

The George Floyd riots were a terrible moment for the country, especially the ramifications in what way. Every institution that had nothing to do with what happened to George Floyd went on record declaring itself systemically racist. The only thing that one can find today that is remotely in the racist category is something that isn't. But it's a standard that has a disparate impact on blacks.
