How Do You Communicate With Artists?

I suppose through your life, you've found ways of enabling artists who by the nature are complex people to deal with. Is it something that was sort of intuitive to you to like the kind of sensitivity that must be required? And this is something that's altered from when you first started producing your legendary work, Deaf Jam right to present day. The point of communication is to create common unity, to create connection.
