I Don't See Color, or I'm Color Blind?

Gylic: Leaders and all these companies i worked at would say, well, one day we'll have a o color blind society. Or, i don't see color, right? It's not a thing m that i see. She says it denies the reality of what actually happens in the world. We tend to favor people who look like us, or who have similar interest to us, she says. And so there is a lot of bias in the recruiting and hiring process which allows white leaders to continue to hire white employees.
