TIAA is the second largest investor in private credit in the world. The firm that we ultimately partnered with, interestingly, TIA had just acquired Nousvene. And I could see his vision for where he wanted to grow this business and it was completely aligned with mine. So the opportunity to relaunch effectively my firm with our name, by the way, which is kind of nice.
