The new SEC rules in terms of the board is how much of that? Like, will we be having this conversation with you? Do you think if that hadn't happened? I think it adds to the ability of activists to do these kinds of things. Ed: Usually activists want some form of control and that's more often than not in the form of a board seat or getting one of their sort of independent people nominated as board of directors.
