i was freaked out by the idea of getting on a bas. I realize at different points when i've had these episodes, ihave only been able to come back to myself when i have like, completely absorbed or immersed myself in nature. Am conscious that that kind of circular understanding of am how slow, in itself isn't a measure of defeat. It's a different kindof gearing, or a ration for what we need to do.
