If you could drink any alcoholic beverage from history, what would you choose? I'd be very intrigued to taste the early cocktails that started to be made in 19th century America. And there's been some interesting work on these. So kind of the early transatlantic cocktails would be very interesting as I'm someone who likes a cocktail.
