Building a Road Map for Your Clients
Too often in sales, we're asking someone to make this giant mental leap from contracting for solution to end result without providing much clarity around how they're actually going to get there. And if you can work with them to build a road map with enough details and time lines to help them actually see how they are going to get here, you first establish a ton of trust. This is what team selling is all about. You may need to get alined with your internal services organization, account management or client success temes, or collaborate with an outside partner - depending on the size and complexity of the opportunity. But if you do it, your win rates will increase dramatically.
