There comes a time when you're jogging five days a week or doing yoga four days a week, where you feel better about yourself. When you take care of the body so much, to the point where the identification with the body becomes locked in, like, this is what i am, and this is my worth. And then it becomes more of an ego thing. We got to find where i'm doing this for the right reason. I i'm doing the yoga to build the eage, ave te feel i purpose.
