In the 70s, when I was working on that, I paid Goldman Sachs $25,000 to do a one-time screen of the New York Stock Exchange for me. Low price sales ratio stocks were something that provided value added by itself. And you could figure out that the market was too afraid of this stock. But my point is the world is more primitive then. It's easy to be global.
