Vivek: What precision medicine is defined as is we understand precisely what is wrong with a tumor, and then we match the therapy to an individual. Vivek: There are lots of targets, and there are lots of drugs, but sometimes they don't match. In designing clinical trials, how do you decide whether you're going to do a phase 1, 2, 3?
