Joe Scarborough: It's almost like the members we heard there are not standing on principle, but that they're trying to speak to their voters to their base and show that they're putting up a fight. He says it might be close, but sailing to passage around 8.30 tonight. No one has signaled they'll actually go through with it - at least not yet. We know it doesn't take much to go after him to call for that vote.
