Is This a Loft Space?

It's the current factory, but bigger. And there's no windows and concrete floors and little ceilings in the basement. There's a big ass egress to get out. I mean, upstairs has a ton of windows, which is actually there. We'll have to block those and I'll have to spend a lot of money to do so. But it's a very interesting place. Just think of a loft space that you would see in big high ceilings, brick walls, lots of open space.
