I fear a little bit that by september, what we will do is essentially some stop gap measure that prevents the service from collapsing totally. I think you're asking a deep question. Is it so critical to the identity of a country to have a universal provider who is locost and really universal? And i think i feel like that about the postal service. I do as well. It's also that the monopoly, the letter monopoly, that the post office has, is worth about five billions dollars a year.
