Shannon Strom: The big line that they're putting out there right now is that Trump never locked us down. He left it to the States, she says. That's a funny line because on March 16 he issued an order and I'm going to quote, all indoor and outdoor venues where people congregate should be closed. And then six weeks later, when states started opening up again, he sent out a tweet saying we are in charge of the opening of the States. So that's why Trump is the one who passed the lockdowns now. But legally into the US Constitution, the president cannot do that.
