The NRA Is Committed to Good Governance, Quote

The attorney general of New York will announce the findings of her investigation soon. She can go to court to restructure the organization, restructure its board, oust management and pressure the organization to dissolve. What the NRA has to do is to show that all of these transactions were fair, reasonable, and in the corporation's best interests. I don't see how they can possibly do that.
