The Election Results Are Out Now and You Can Vote

We got stuck online about uh... ten minutes or so and it came out they said all the polls are open but we had a glitch in the system see you could get to hear him wait. We ended up leaving the door to another poll place where was a little bit more of a way and we're able to get out voted. Why do we have to wait till friday why does why does pennsylvania to wait for days till we get those election results?
