The Special Counsel's Investigation Into the Mishandling and Unauthorized Retention of Trump's Documents
Trump's lawyers reportedly went to DOJ earlier this week and had a two hour conversation with prosecutors, which is the sort of thing you do when you believe your client is about to be indicted. That suggests that we're getting pretty close. Though, at the same time, there's reporting that a grand jury has been in paneled in Florida to also investigate the document issues. I think Jack Smith, I'm sure we'll get many awards for this.
