A few years ago, adam, i had a case where i represented a efeminist from canada who had the nerve to call one of these trans activists who was going to women's waxing. She misgendered this activis and Twitter did not have miss gendering as a reason they could bounce you off. They also had a 30 day requirement that if they changed their terms of service, they would give you 30 days notice. They simply retract actibly. It bounced her off permanently. I didn't sue under some abstract first rement theory. I suied under breach
