How to Express Your Emotions

For me to explain something complex to a neurotypical or even to another neurodiverse individual is extremely difficult. I think we all feel locked in our heads and that we can't express what we're really thinking, really feeling. And so it's very difficult for us to really express what we want. That's where churches need to chill a little bit and allow people to just express themselves and not be defensive of it.
