The Importance of Renting

For the average person working at a job or even a couple, four mil is not your first purchase. So if I can rent there with three of my mates and share the costs and make it 500 or 600 a week, still live in Melbourne,. but I can go and buy a property somewhere else that's cheaper, has a better yield associated to it. A property owner is that a better option. Some people might not like the idea of that because they don't want to rent. And unfortunately, the reality is you might have to go backwards before you go forwards. Yeah, and not only might not want to rent, don't wants to rent with others. Oh, yeah.
