Cress: I basically took what they put in a press release with all big buzz words and things like that. It almost felt like the press release was written for investors, not for customers. So i would just see how much more effective it was if you just create a press release as if you were a news reporter reporting on whatever happened to your company. And then kind of filter it through a lens and be like, ok, is this worth communicating ad a in spending money to to communicate this action? If the answer is yes, then kind of go through that process in the press release, run it, targetit and measure it on consumption.
