Service Design Tools Dot Org - Is That a Good Idea?
In my home town, there are two medical companies that serve kids. And as parents, we always have to sign a consent form when we come first. One of them has you fille them out manually, and the other one has these printed out,. pre filled and designed as part of your, you know, like patient e m note book or something. I just, i'm amazed how different these can go - even though it's essentially the same thing, but so much difference in serve is designed there.
