Mark Pomerance's Criticism of Alvin Bragg

Mark Pomerans is being advised to not cooperate with the subpoena, says NBC News legal analyst Andrew Weisman. Jordan has said he believes that Pomerans' book bolsters their case that Alvin Bragg out acted out of political motivations as opposed to for legal reasons. Democrats are now making a point that it's a double-edged sword here and if Mark Pomerans actually does testify or provide documents and records, he's going to continue to make this case that Donald Trump is guilty of several crimes.
