Is This Coming From Nowhere? Is It Coming From Chris Licht?

Chris Licht is somebody who fancies himself as someone who can reinvent formats. He probably believes that at this time when the linear television model is in decline, that there's room to experiment and maybe he could create something that was a sort of late night news entertainer type broadcast. But I don't see any evidence that any of the names that he's mentioned actually have any interest in doing it.
