How Do I Register a Top Level Domain With the Dans?
Top level domains are controlled by an organization called ican, the internet corporation corporation for names and numbers. Country code domains like dottinsed or do k are administered by their individual countries. The root is managed by a group of people known as iana but generally they've handed off responsibility to ican into the countries. If we want to try and get dodeth into the root it will prove to be a long and complicated process if we do pursue. And just to complicate things further, ar the three litter country codes are such as usa and t inzidel and, i don't know, bretonss also reserved. They are not actually given out to the countries
