The Evolution of Machine Customer Commerce

The first stage is what we call machines is bound customers. And basically, I'm the human, I'm in charge, I tell the machine what to do and the machine executes. That is the stage that we're in right now. The bigger opportunity is Machines as adaptable customers where the machine actually can choose from a variety of sources. We expect to see more and more of those platforms but without people sharing information, this thing will not progress that far.
