Airbnb has done an exceptionally great job at preserving this kind of design and trust culture. How do you essentially preserve a culture as you're scaling? That's a really tough topic, especially when you're in hypergrowth. I immediately think of advice that Tony Shea gave us way back in 2009. He said, if you care about culture, get it right from the beginning.
