Is the Fed Going to Overheat Things?
The hope is that the Fed will eventually, probably late spring, early summer, start to at least level off with their rate hikes. The biggest thing with fixed income is right now you're able to capture higher yields. So that's a great thing to tap right now as you're finally getting some income on those.
