The Importance of Failure in Agile Projects

We've collectively lost the safety and subsequently the desire to explore and fail. We are still in a world of waterfall systems where you actually have to be done by a specific deadline. And then I think we're going so fast and we're curious to cut corners to go faster. So I have become almost an industry standard process even though it's flawed in so many ways.
